Incident Report
Erath County Around 2:00 a.m. this morning, a motorcycle entered Erath County traveling at speeds in excess of 120 mph. Johnson County deputies pursued the Honda on US 67 as it passed through the community of Three-Way. The pursuit entered Stephenville near the Hard Eight restaurant and continued along the South Loop. The motorcycle then turned onto South Graham Street and passed the Erath County Courthouse before continuing through town and onto SH 108 northbound. The motorcycle ran out of gas near County Road 433, where a Johnson County deputy took the rider into custody. A wrecker was called for the motorcycle. Location of stop:
